The former vice president and former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Carlos Ruckauf, was invited for the first time to the program "Las Mañanas con Andino" where he discussed various current national and international issues. Ruckauf analyzed the impact of Donald Trump's presidency in the United States and its global influence. According to his words, it would be feasible to reach an agreement without devaluing the Argentine peso within three months. Regarding the Middle East, he expressed doubts about a prompt solution to the conflict between Israel and Hamas.
As for the political landscape of Peronism ahead of the upcoming elections and the presidential ones in 2027, Ruckauf highlighted that the Argentine president, Javier Milei, tried to establish ties with Trump even before his electoral victory. Economically, he anticipated that the Argentine government could negotiate new loans with organizations such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank, and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Furthermore, he stated that the candidate from Cristina Fernández de Kirchner will not be the provincial governor Axel Kicillof.
